Eastern Business Development Manager

Purpose of the Job Role

Responsible for the development and management of specified customer relationships within the Eastern Region.

Reports To

Sales Manager

Skills/Attributes Required

Negotiation, sales, efficiency, flexibility. Ability to communicate and work alongside our customers to instill confidence. Be consistent and reliable. Knowledgeable about industry standards (OSHA & ANSI), including local state regulations. Willing to go ‘above and beyond.’ Needs to be willing to travel. Willing to make site visits as required to support customers in the field and train the partner network. Ability to take measurements, application details, and relevant notes to enable project quotation.

Education/Experience Required

Experience of dealing with customers face to face, handling complaints, building relationships and good grasp of the English language is essential.

Certifications/Licenses Required

Current driving license.

Primary Responsibilities

To increase customer monthly spend by targeted customer visits, sales presentations, and site visit assistance as required by the sales manager. Gather project information and relay it to the CS Team for quoting.

Performance Objectives

To fulfill the FIXFAST USA team’s promises in providing maximum safety with minimum fuss to workers at height.

Key Performance Indicators

Sales per region from core customer base.
